Hörnlihütte

So you are looking for a fun hike with a little bit of adventure? Ambitious and a story to tell. Well we’ve got one for you. If this is your first hike of this type we suggest you take the gondola up to Schwarzsee. Starting at 2552m all the way up to 3260m above sea level a very diverse track takes you trough green patches, rocky cliffs and some rather steep trails. You wil feel like you climbed the Matterhorn once you reach the Hörnlihütte and with an exhausted body but a happy face. It is certainly worth it. This track is suitable for all ages if they are fit and adventurous, if you plan on taking your dog, either have a big enough backpack with you or a dog with long enough legs, then you’ll be fine. Enjoy this pleasant torture! Even Forrest made it – so you can do it too!
